Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State
• Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• CNOR preferred
• BSN or MSN in Nursing/Management preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, evaluates, and ensures the implementation of the patient's pathway to achieve identified outcomes
• Leads the provision of quality nursing care within the department
• Demonstrates competence in assessing, treating, and caring for patients across age groups
• Supervises the smooth functioning of the unit on assigned shift
• Performs all other duties as assigned
