• Clinical experience in perianesthesia care or related perioperative setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess preoperative and postoperative status according to facility policies and procedures.
• Interpret information from noninvasive and invasive monitors.
• Develop an individualized perianesthesia plan of care and implement it across recovery stages.
• Provide hand-off reports to teammates with concise, pertinent patient information.
• Protect patient rights, dignity and privacy while ensuring safe care.
