Job summary

Qualifications

• RN Licensure in the State of Hawaii or state of practice.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• BSN or MSN with management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Lead nursing team and ensure delivery of high-quality care.
• Support attainment of patient outcomes through adherence to clinical pathways.
• Demonstrate competence in age-specific nursing care and developmental considerations.
• Supervise unit functions during assigned shifts and manage daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
