Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee the Nursing Department and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge. You will lead the nursing team, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to clinical pathways and hospital mission.

The role requires current state licensure, BLS certification, and often a BSN/MSN with CNOR preferred. Competitive salary range reflects responsibility in a large, mission-driven health system.

Qualifications

• Current Licensure in the State.
• Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS).
• CNOR preferred.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and/or BSN, Master's degree in Nursing/Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Provide leadership to the Nursing Department and supervise unit operations on assigned shift.
• Demonstrate competence in age-specific patient care and clinical pathways.
• Ensure quality nursing care and alignment with hospital mission.

Education

Active nursing licensure in the state

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

CNOR preferred

BSN or higher in Nursing/Management
