Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing Department at our Kahului, Hawaii location. The role focuses on coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, and leading a team of nurses to achieve excellent outcomes in a high‑volume ambulatory setting.

As a Registered Nurse, you will assess pathways, supervise shifts, and ensure quality care consistent with our mission to deliver patient-centered health services.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state
• BCLS required
• CNOR preferred
• BSN or MSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, evaluates, and ensures the implementation of the patient's pathway to achieve identified outcomes
• Assumes leadership role in the provision of quality nursing care for patients within the nursing department
• Demonstrates continued competence in assessing, treating, and caring for individuals based upon age-specific needs utilizing a developmental perspective
• Demonstrates appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for position
• Supervises the smooth functioning of the unit on assigned shift
• Performs all other duties as assigned
