Avis Budget Group is hiring for an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist in Detroit. You will deliver a premium, personalized service, including doorstep vehicle delivery and on-site assistance, ensuring flawless interactions with every customer.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role emphasizes attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably hospitality or car rental.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using mobile devices.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with a welcoming, professional interaction.
• Deliver vehicles directly to customers to enhance the premium experience.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team and management.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and meetings locations.
• Greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.
