Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

You will greet guests, answer inquiries, explain rates, handle ticketing and revenue, and work Mon-Fri 8a-4p in a fast-paced outdoor setting. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with one month of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities
