Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver friendly, efficient hospitality and parking services for arriving and departing guests. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, and answering guest inquiries in a professional manner.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 month of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Required Licensure: Valid driver’s license or ability to commute.
• Work Experience: 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Principles of customer service and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and use guest last names.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; assist with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; ensure accurate ticketing and revenue collection.
• Provide directions and information about local outlets, meeting rooms and attractions.
