Legends Global is seeking a results-oriented Ticket Sales Representative to drive revenue for Georgia Tech Football and Men’s Basketball. You will handle inbound/outbound outreach, manage a large portfolio of season ticket members and donors, and use Salesforce to keep precise records while coordinating with GT Athletics and Ticketing teams for optimal fan experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Experience in professional or collegiate sports/entertainment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Paciolan.
• Ability to handle high call volume and emails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Aufgaben

• Offer a full menu of seating opportunities for Georgia Tech Football and Men’s Basketball ticket packages.
• Execute outbound sales calls through prospecting, cold calls, and referrals.
• Set and conduct in stadium, arena and out-of-office sales appointments.
• Identify and manage a portfolio of 500+ season ticket members and donors.
• Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client records.
• Assist with managing and stewarding pledges and payments from unassigned donors.
• Cultivate donor relationships via online strategies, phone, and in-person outreach.
• Serve as main contact for athletics donor inquiries.
• Collaborate with GT Athletics and Ticketing staff to promote events.
• Reach and exceed individual and team sales revenue goals.
• Work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days.
