The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1 year of sales or customer service, a proven sales track record, and a friendly, professional telephone manner with a willingness to learn and grow within the sports industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record in sales and building relationships, preferably in sports.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with the utmost professionalism in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending events.
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop compelling programs.
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression in the ticketing system.
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals.
• Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums.
• Assist in other operations as needed.
