Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Manager of Ticket Sales to lead a high-performance sales team contributing to in-stadium revenue growth. You will partner with leadership on strategy, developthe team through training, and drive face-to-face selling with senior decision-makers at high-profile venues.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with CRM dynamics and ticketing tools, and flexibility to work event-based schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years of sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• Prior sales management experience leading a team at professional or collegiate level.
• Experience with CRM systems and presentation tools.
• Availability for non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and event days.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales team in creating presentations, consistent training, and overall rep development.
• Assist in the recruitment and interview process of the sales teams.
• Provide clear KPIs to sales team and leadership using the CRM system.
• Collaborate with leadership to define sales goals and best practices.
• Work non-traditional hours, weekends and game days as required.
• Interface with all levels of the company both internally and externally.
• Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as needed.
