Job summary

Golden State is seeking a results-driven manager to drive growth through annual, packaged, and individual suite sales at Chase Center, across Warriors, Valkyries, and concerts. You will build key partnerships, generate new leads, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Premium Suite Sales and requires strong negotiation, client management, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in ticket, suite, or sponsorship sales, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• Demonstrated overachievement of sales quotas in a forward-thinking market.
• Skilled negotiator with ability to lead sales presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace; Salesforce/ZoomInfo/Sales Navigator a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue goals for individual games, events, and hospitality packages.
• Lead meetings with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure deliverables are met.
• Prospect new clients through cold outreach and networking.
• Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
