Job summary

Golden State Warriors is seeking an innovative sales and service leader to head our Ticketing team in San Francisco, CA. You will mentor a growing sales group, drive ticket revenue, and shape sales/service strategies while partnering across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in sales, preferably in sports/entertainment.
• 1-2 years of people management experience with a proven quota track record.
• Experience developing marketing plans, promotions, presentations, and proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, attention to detail, presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales/service reps to achieve sales goals.
• Provide lead lists to sell season ticket and mini plan packages.
• Build relationships with current accounts and past ticket holders.
• Generate new business leads and identify leads for sales reps.
• Distribute inbound leads via website and phone line.
• Surpass weekly and monthly sales goals for season tickets and mini plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers.
