Job summary

The Golden State Warriors are seeking an innovative sales and service leader to head our Ticketing team in San Francisco. You will mentor a growing sales staff, drive revenue, and shape sales strategies.

This full-time onsite role requires 7+ years in sales and 1–2 years of people management, with a track record of meeting quotas and delivering exceptional service during Warriors home games.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in sales, preferably within the sports/entertainment industry.
• 1–2 years of people management with a proven track record in meeting quotas for an entire department.
• Experience developing marketing plans, promotions, presentations, and proposals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, attention to detail, resolution and presentation skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales/service reps to achieve goals.
• Provide lead lists for season ticket and mini plan packages.
• Build relationships with current accounts and past ticket holders.
• Oversee inbound leads via our website and main phone line.
• Exceed weekly and monthly sales goals for season and mini plans.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and potential customers.
• Coordinate events to promote the team and ticket packages.
• Maintain sales targets set by leadership.
