Job summary

The Golden State Warriors seek a results-driven Premium Suite Sales Manager to drive revenue across Warriors, Valkyries, and concerts at Chase Center in San Francisco. You will lead suite, game and event package sales, build client relationships, and close contracts with front-office collaboration.

This full-time onsite role requires at least three years in sports sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of hitting quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/sports management or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in ticket, suite, or sponsorship sales in sports/entertainment.
• Validated examples of overachieving sales quotas in a forward-thinking sales market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and resolution skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue goals for individual games, events, and hospitality packages.
• Lead meetings with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all deliverables.
• Prospect new clients and book meetings.
• Maintain updates and communication on sales process, client retention, and changes with clients.
• Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate on marketing and promotional packages to grow revenue.
• Other duties as assigned.
