Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our in-store sales and customer experience. You will drive the sales plan, supervise staff, and ensure the Lindt standard of service is upheld across shifts.

You will train team members, manage stock, and oversee cash handling and store policies to deliver a premium Lindt experience to every guest. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales plans and contribute to district sales goals.
• Train sales staff to ensure knowledgeable, friendly service and proper product knowledge.
• Maintain operational controls, stock levels, cash handling, and store cleanliness.

Connaissances

Proven sales background

Formation

High School Graduate or equivalent
