Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor in Miami to be the brand ambassador and primary creator of a premium, individualized fan experience in-store. You will master our Cloud CX Premium service model and ensure every guest feels welcomed with meticulous service standards.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support retail operations with exceptional guest interactions, elevate product education, and maintain premium visual standards and inventory accuracy to reflect On’s global positioning.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn new products and processes.
• Reliability with consistent performance and SOP adherence.
• Strong communication and team-first attitude.
• Meticulous in execution and personal presentation.
• Able to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and the 5 Steps of Service to drive brand loyalty.
• Support guest interactions with elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education.
• Execute daily operations with premium visual standards and accurate inventory management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth shift transitions and clear communication.
