Job summary

On is seeking a Store Advisor in Chicago to be the brand ambassador and creator of a premium, individualized in-store experience. You will master Cloud CX and the 5 Steps of Service to drive loyalty and ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will support operations with meticulous attention to detail, inventory accuracy, and authentic hospitality while collaborating with the team to reflect On’s premium positioning across our retail space.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering quality matters.
• Growth mindset and coachability for new products or processes.
• Reliable with consistent performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Strong communication and team-first spirit to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, individualized fan experience by applying Cloud CX philosophy and the 5 Steps of Service.
• Assist guests with product education and resolve hesitations for a seamless shopping journey.
• Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory to reflect On’s positioning.
• Collaborate with the team and ensure clear communication at all shift handovers.
