Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, a leader in live entertainment, is hiring a Premium Seats Sales and Service Coordinator in Houston. You will support the Premium Seats program, manage contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to serve our VIP clients during events.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, high energy, and customer service excellence, plus proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and high energy with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• 1–2 years of relevant business experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist Premium Seats Sales Management in generating sales and managing programs.
• Prepare, issue, and verify renewal of Premium Seat contracts with guidance from Director.
• Oversee accounts receivable and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with Box Office, Finance, and marketing teams on client needs.
• Process PSS sales reports and update client email databases.
