Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Seasonal Sales Coordinator for Denver venues to support Premium Seat programs with the Director of Sales. You will manage accounts and client relationships, assist with ticket processing, and coordinate on-site services for events.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree (Bachelor preferred), strong communication, and excellent customer service. This role requires high energy, multitasking ability, and proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, with on-site work

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Sales in generating Premium Seat programs.
• Oversee and maintain accounts receivable.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to requests.
• Liaise with Box Office, Finance, and local marketers.
• Process tickets in Archtics.
• Maintain client email database and send updates via Marketing Cloud.
• Coordinate on-site premium seat program responsibilities.
• Conduct cold calls and prospect new clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
