POP MART Americas Inc. in Maine Mall is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead every aspect of the business and deliver a premium retail experience.

You will develop high-performing teams, drive sales and operations excellence, and ensure top-notch visual merchandising that reflects POP MART's brand and values. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and occasional travel supports new store openings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management leading high-volume stores.
• Experience managing sales, operations and coaching teams.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operations.
• Drive KPIs such as sales conversion, units per transaction, ATV and payroll productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and be a POP MART brand ambassador.
