Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Maine to lead store operations and build an exceptional customer experience. You will own performance across sales, payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising, while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

You will drive product launches, coordinate promotions, and ensure brand standards are reflected in every customer interaction. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a passion for collectibles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive performance
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and campaigns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Interest in designer toys or collectibles is valued
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business/Retail preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store leadership team and associates
• Foster an inclusive culture focused on customer-first service
• Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, and growth planning
• Own store financials: sales, payroll, expenses, profitability
• Drive KPIs: conversion, UPT, ATV, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction
• Oversee product launches, promotions, and merchandising execution
• Deliver an engaging, brand-aligned customer experience
• Manage store operations, scheduling, cash handling, and stock control
• Represent POP MART in the local community and store events
• Travel up to 10% for store openings and team trainings
