Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a Client Associate to maintain exceptional in-store service and promote a strong sales culture. You will work to meet or exceed sales KPIs while delivering a premium guest experience in a retail setting.

The role requires knowledge of current apparel, strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers, create repeat business, and support store leadership in CRM efforts. Hours may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently, or elevate when needed.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals on the floor.
• Engage with in-store clients and cultivate repeat customers to boost personal sales.
• Maintain knowledge of current product lines, fits, fabrics and uses.
