Responsibilities

• You will act as the front-line customer experience specialist for Avis First customers, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from delivery to collection.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience with a welcoming, professional interaction.
• Provide a premium experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team members and management.
• Proactively communicate with premium customers via phone, text, email and app to confirm logistics and locations.
• Greet customers upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide vehicle overview.
