Kairoi is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair equipment across our multifamily properties. You will respond to resident service requests, prepare vacant apartments, and support make-ready tasks while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of apartment/home repair experience including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC repairs
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• EPA and HVAC certifications or willingness to obtain them required
• OSHA safety knowledge
• Excellent customer service and resident-facing mindset
• Flex schedule and on-call availability for emergencies
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 12 months

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently
• Communicate progress and ETA to residents throughout service
• Assist in make-ready tasks for vacant apartments to readiness for new residents
• Maintain community areas and common spaces; clean and upkeep; assist with pool, laundry, and fitness spaces as needed
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety concerns and report to Service Manager
• Organize and inventory maintenance equipment, materials, and supplies
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
