Kairoi Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC in our multifamily Austin communities. You will respond to resident requests, prepare vacant apartments, and support general maintenance with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of apartment repair experience, HVAC/ EPA certifications, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in apartment home repair (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Experience serving residents with courtesy and professionalism.
• Willingness to obtain HVAC/EPA certifications if not held.

Aufgaben

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve resident issues efficiently.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant units.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community spaces and amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections and report safety concerns.
