• Minimum 2–3 years of apartment repair experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• OSHA safety rules knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and resident-focused approach.
• Flex schedule and on-call availability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues.
• Communicate progress and timelines to residents.
• Assist make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Clean appliances, fixtures, and surfaces; perform touch-ups.
• Maintain community appearance: grounds, common areas, amenities.
• Clean and maintain pool, laundry, gym, and other spaces.
• Perform routine property inspections for safety.
• Report issues to Service Manager for resolution.
• Organize and inventory maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Maintain clean and orderly maintenance shop and storage.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
