Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in hospitality or similar.

• People person with can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong communication skills with positive demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure while coordinating multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office; adapt to new tech.

Responsibilities

• Direct Members and Guests to destinations; provide concierge services and promote club offerings.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs.
• Maintain lobby and entrances; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Handle business services requests (faxing, copying, mailing) end-to-end.
• Support Member Experience initiatives such as Club Newsletter.
