Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a ClubLife Concierge to enhance the Member Experience at our venues. You will welcome members, assist with reservations, and promote events and services to create memorable visits.

The role supports the ClubLife program with a focus on warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, while collaborating with the Member Experience team to execute campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related role.
• Service-oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued.
• A ‘people person’ with a can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate ClubLife through all channels, and take care of members' needs as it relates to reservations, inquiries, preferences, etc.
• Speak to members on various topics and promote member events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences.
• Relationship and report building with members and guests. Responsible for key ClubLife project work, i.e., execution of Birthday campaigns, reservations follow-up, invitation to signature events, etc.
