Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality seeks an F&B Runner to deliver best-in-class guest service at the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, Boston Logan Airport. You will deliver mobile orders, ensure timely service, and maintain food quality with a guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Front and Back of House, guiding guests, and handling special requests while upholding hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced lounge setting.

Qualifications

• Interacts with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Presents information effectively in one-on-one and group settings.
• Maintains composure under pressure and awareness of surroundings and cultural differences.
• Maintains a presentable and polished appearance in a best-in-class environment.
• Understands hygiene and food safety rules.
• Able to lift and move heavy trays and stand for long hours.
• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Multitasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Capable of walking, bending, twisting, and standing as part of normal duties.
• Able to pass security background checks for airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve complaints per policy.
• Serve as liaison between Front of the House and Back of the House.
• Communicate food orders to chefs, noting priorit ies and allergies.
• Assist staff with setting tables and providing utensils and napkins.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and safe manner.
• Check in with guests, take additional orders, and refill beverages.
• Relay guest feedback to restaurant staff.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Clear dirty dishes and respond to guest questions about items.
