Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced airport environment, demonstrate hospitality focus, multi-task, and maintain composure during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and guest requests.
• Must lift/move up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must pass security background check for airport environment.
• Availability to work weekends and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a positive guest experience and resolves complaints per policy.
• Act as liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Communicate orders to chefs, noting priorities and allergies.
• Assist with table settings and service of food and beverages.
• Deliver orders timely and check in with guests for refills.
• Inform staff of guest feedback and maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Remove used dishes and maintain clean service areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
