Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality is hiring a Food and Beverage Runner for the Chase LGA Lounge in Queens, NY. The role delivers food and beverage to guests, ensuring timely service and order accuracy in a premium airport lounge.

You will work full-time shifts including weekends, providing warm, attentive hospitality and maintaining knowledge of offerings while coordinating with kitchen and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve complaints per policy.
• Act as liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Relay food orders to chefs, noting priorities and allergies.
• Assist service staff with table settings and supplies.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and safely.
• Check in with guests, take orders, and refill as needed.
• Inform staff of guest feedback and requests.
• Maintain knowledge of all offerings and ingredients.
