Job summary

Encore is seeking an on-site Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure events run smoothly, meet with guests on site, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, with a preference for an Associate’s degree and 1 year of hospitality and AV experience. A valid driver’s license is required for vehicle operation, with physical lifting up to 50 lbs. Hourly pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately and coordinate with vendors for equipment.
• Help finalize invoices and assist with order entries as needed.
