You’ll guide product selections and deliver an elevated showroom experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree; Interior Design or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in home decor & renovation sales.
• Proficient with design tech and virtual meetings; CRM & multi‑platform tools.
• Experience with Adobe products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting design products and guiding through the design process.

We’re partnering with an established luxury kitchen and bath showroom seeking a Design Sales Consultant to join its team and create an elevated experience for homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys the intersection of design, customer service, product expertise, and sales and wants to be part of a showroom experience that goes far beyond simply selecting products.

From helping a client choose the perfect bathroom faucet to guiding a complete kitchen design, you’ll become a trusted resource throughout the process. You’ll work with premium products, develop relationships within the design and trade community, and help clients turn ideas into beautifully executed spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree. Interior Design or related a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in home decor & renovation sales (ie, kitchen & bath, furniture, surfaces, lighting, decor).
• Strong command of cutting‑edge technology – various apps, all aspects of virtual meetings, document sharing, CRM, multi-platform integration.
• Microsoft Office 365 (All aspects of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Adobe products a plus.
