Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field desirable.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Working knowledge of online sales and design tools.
• Strong listening and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with social media and grassroots marketing to build a book of business.
• Valid driver's license or valid alternate transportation arrangement.

• Create design solutions aligned with customer budget and preferences.
• Sell Ethan Allen products and services.
• Represent the brand in all interactions and conduct home calls for design solutions.
• Utilize social media to develop and grow the business.
