Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Working knowledge of online sales and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions that align with customer budget and preferences.
• Sell Ethan Allena0products and services.
• Represent the Ethan Allen brand in customer interactions; greet, appointments, and in-home consultations.
• Utilize grassroots marketing and social media to grow the business.
• Educate customers about the complimentary design service and available financing options.
• Stay current on design and color trends; coordinate with team for exceptional service.
• Enter orders using the retail POS system and maintain a neat design center.
• Develop business plans and grassroots marketing plans with leadership.
• Leverage 3-D Room Planner, CRM, Live Chat and social media to build client relationships.
