Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Minimum of one year of practical interior design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design-related field desirable.
• Broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques.
• Working knowledge of online sales and design tools.
• Good listening skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Social media and grass-roots marketing to develop a book of business.
• Valid driver's license with flexible transportation options.
• Intermediate skill with digital floor planning; 3-D apps a plus.
• Experience with AR/VR visualization tools.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in all customer interactions and conduct home calls when needed.
• Utilize social media to develop and grow the business.

• Participate in corporate marketing and training programs.
• Explain Ethan Allen financing options.
• Contribute to design center portfolio upkeep.
• Use technology to design projects, create presentations, and serve clients.
