Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our premium healthcare membership base. You will serve as the primary contact for prospective members, delivering a white-glove experience through phone, email, and text, and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.

Role offers a clear path to a Senior Membership Director based on performance, with on-target earnings of $110,000–$120,000 and a commission structure. Remote-friendly within specified states, including Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• ~2–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Comfort with a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfort engaging prospective members via phone and email.
• Empathy and customer-first mindset.
• Coachability and eagerness to learn consultative sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove experience via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested.
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams for smooth onboarding.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and objections to improve processes.
