Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Health Center Concierge to care for client employees at our Health Center in Celebration, FL. The role emphasizes superior patient experience, organization, and timely service in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Ability to deliver top-tier, white-glove customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and assists with the registration process.
• Keeps patients informed about wait times and visit expectations.
• Helps patients navigate the health center and escorts as needed.
• Coordinates benefits information between dental, medical and other providers.
• Facilitates transfer of medical records and lab results.
• May arrange DME equipment post-discharge and coordinate referrals.
