Celebration Health & Wellness, LLC is seeking a dependable Front Desk Reception Professional for our high-volume OB/GYN practice in Celebration, FL. You are the first impression and will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support the clinical team.

Fluency in English is required and Spanish bilingual ability is essential to serve our diverse patient population. The role emphasizes excellent communication, accuracy, HIPAA compliance, and a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• At least 1 year of customer service in a medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly to ensure a positive and professional experience.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple providers.
• Assist with insurance eligibility and billing support.
• Answer calls and route messages appropriately.
• Check patients in/out, verify insurance, collect co-pays and balances.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and data entry.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
