Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete initial intake and follow-up calls with patients.
• Processes requests for prescription refills.
• Reports concerns and symptoms to licensed staff.
• Schedules and manages patient appointments in the scheduling system.
• Responds to inquiries from patients and referred physicians.
• Acts as patient advocate and liaison for Bay Area Foot Care.
• Handles clerical duties and ensures HIPAA compliance.
• Meets monthly departmental goals and maintains records.
