Job summary

Signature Aviation in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist who greets guests and crew with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth, memorable visit.

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate concierge services, manage inquiries and purchases, and work with the Airside Experience Team to support arrivals, departures, and ground transportation while upholding Signature standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer experience in retail, hospitality or sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to pass background checks and airport background checks.
• Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction.
• Able to drive manual and automatic transmission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and escort to entrance or aircraft.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions per procedures.
• Arrange hotel stays, transportation, catering, and appointments.
• Handle inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature facilities and services.
• Coordinate with Airside Experience Team for flights and services.
• Stock amenities and keep lobby/restrooms clean.
• Promote and sell Signature services to passengers.
• Assist crews with luggage and transport as needed.
• Identify guests per security procedures.
• Follow emergency and security protocols.
• Update customer preferences in the system.
• Support Airside Experience with wing walking and chocks.
• Assist airlines with passenger service in locations.
