Job summary

Signature Aviation plc is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist in a hospitality-driven role in Missouri. You will warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, memorable visit.

The job requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in indoor and outdoor settings near aircraft and ground equipment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing purchases and fuel transactions, and providing concierge services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), airport background check requirements for an airport badge, and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews; escort to front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to ensure services are handled promptly and professionally.
• Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions; may assist with some accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services (hotel, transportation, catering, customs appointments) as requested.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and surroundings.
• Monitor flights and coordinate with the Airside Experience Team; use SIGops/SIGnet to log services and prioritize operations.
• Maintain amenities and cleanliness of lobby, guest areas, and restrooms.
• Promote and sell Signature’s services to guests and crew.
