Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks a Guest Experience Specialist in Austin, TX. You will warmly welcome guests and crew, coordinate services, and ensure a smooth, memorable visit in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle concierge tasks, manage inquiries, and support operations across teams while maintaining knowledge of facilities and safety protocols. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and strong guest service instincts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer experience in retail/hospitality/sales preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in United States.
• Able to pass airport background checks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and crews and escort to entrances or aircraft.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to handle requests professionally and transfer information accurately.
• Process guest purchases and fuel transactions; may assist with general accounting tasks.
• Provide concierge services: hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments.
• Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and address concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and local information.
• Coordinate services using SIGops/SIGnet and ensure departures have requested amenities.
• Stock amenities and keep lobbies, restrooms, and pilot spaces clean.
• Promote Signature services to aircraft passengers and crew.
• Assist crews with luggage and transportation as required.
