Job summary

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking a Premium Services Coordinator to deliver top-tier service to premium clients and oversee all aspects of exclusive experiences. You will act as the primary contact for VIP guests and manage communications, ticketing, parking, and hospitality arrangements.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure seamless event experiences, plan private receptions and VIP experiences, and contribute to client retention through proactive engagement and feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, hospitality management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years of client services, hospitality, or event management experience, ideally in live entertainment or sports.
• Experience managing premium/high-touch client relationships (suite holders, VIP guests) is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM systems.
• Experience with Ticketmaster Host, TM1 Sales/Events, and Archtics is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States; able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the venue's expert and primary contact for premium clients and guests.
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive, personalized communication.
• Coordinate premium services including ticketing, parking, hospitality, and experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and hospitality teams to execute premium services.
• Plan and execute exclusive premium experiences and manage premium seating contracts and access.
• Gather client feedback to improve premium service offerings and drive renewals.
