Job summary

Pinnacle Live, based at Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park, seeks an Event Services Concierge to be the primary client liaison for event planners and attendees. You’ll verify equipment and networking setups, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with partners to ensure flawless experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years audiovisual and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• General computer proficiency; willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Check meeting rooms prior to events to ensure equipment and networking information is set.
• Greet clients before events and ensure satisfaction with Pinnacle Live equipment and networking.
• Maintain accurate client event information in the Company's systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to document on-site additions/changes.
• Review daily invoices with clients and obtain signatures.
• Provide ongoing communication with clients throughout their events.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of networking and AV equipment; engage technical staff when necessary.
• Maintain clean, organized company spaces and uphold standards.
• Improve technical skills in audio, video, staging and networking.
• Comply with company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
