Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 8 entrees per tray and handle heavy objects.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and select holidays.
• Basic arithmetic skills and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands banquet event orders.
• Provides fine-dining-level service to guests for all events.
• Initiates and maintains friendly and professional contact with guests.
• Sets up and maintains food and beverage stations.
• Maintains inventory for stations.
• Keeps event areas tidy and organized.
• Participates in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Works independently during slower times.
• Adheres to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintains a customer-focused, positive attitude.
