Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in events, banquets, or restaurants desired (6 months to 1 year).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects; flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands banquet event orders.
• Provides fine-dining level food and beverage service to guests.
• Initiates and maintains friendly, professional contact with guests.
• Sets up and maintains food and beverage stations throughout the building.
• Maintains inventory and keeps event areas tidy and organized.
• Participates in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Works independently during slower times and supports a safe work environment.
• Interacts with guests to ensure needs are anticipated and met.
