Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; 2-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Nationally recognized sanitation training is required; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Manager's ServSafe Certification and Alcohol Service Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Approaches all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintains communication with guests and on-site contact to ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinates with other departments for delivery of requested services.
• Oversees setup, service sequencing, and post-function cleanup for events.
• Supervises banquet staff and assists with staff training and meetings.
