Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences during events at our premium venues. You will provide professional, fine-dining-level service, coordinate with kitchen and event staff, and ensure timely delivery of courses while maintaining a polished, guest-focused ambiance.

This role is part-time and on-site, with an hourly rate of $18.00–$22.00 and tip eligibility. Applicants should be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and have a strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants preferred.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects; able to carry at least 8 entrees per tray.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and select holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands banquet event orders.
• Provides fine-dining-level food and beverage service to guests for all events, consistent with standards of service.
• Initiates and maintains friendly and professional contact with guests, ensuring needs are anticipated and met.
• Setup and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building.
• Maintain an inventory for both food and beverage stations.
• Maintain all event areas and front-of-house staging areas in a tidy and organized manner.
• Participate in setup and cleanup of service items.
• Work independently during slower times.
